Living in Oz has exposed me to some great Aussie talents while "growing up" and one of these is a band most of you would know of....INXS.
They wrote some excellent lyrics and composed some excellent scores...well in my opinion that is. Love em!!!
Their music has had a great influence in my life, from my early 20's to my mid 30's and I still love listening to them, especially when I find myself in that place, where I question life....and would like some answers and at the same time let that part of me that needs to cut loose...cut loose........
Tonight after having a great conversation and letting myself become vulnerable to help again, and questioning myself as to where this may lead me and then receiving an email that left me in a quandary, I decided to put the guys on to play for me.....boy I love em....had I already mentioned this?
Anyway, I was left with many questions after what I mentioned above and their first song on their CD..."Welcome to Where Ever You Are" was so appropriate to my situation that I felt the urge to write and share their words from this particular song...they may not mean a thing to you, yet it is questions we may all ask ourselves from time to time...so here they are:
